So exited: We are opening this month in Tauranga after such a long wait.
It has been a while since I have last update so I thought I would take the chance to tell you what a wonderful, rollercoaster of a 18 months it has been since leaving Auckland and moving to Tauranga.
We are so blessed to be closer to Jay’s family and having a Nanna, Oupa and Auntie close to us and settling into a new school with the girls. Our house took AGES to be build and we are over the moon moving in the last few weeks. We love it!
So what have I been up too!
I have put all my equipment in a container and sent it to storage for what we thought would only be 6 months. 😊
I started working as a Rehab Coach with a wonderful team of Physiotherapist - The Rehab Team. I work as a mobile rehab coach and go to peoples houses or rest homes to help with their programs and fitness.
Here I have applied my knowledge combined with physio and neuro physio to help many patients stay active and do the exercises on a weekly basis.
I have done a few courses and have expanded my knowledge on how to prevent dementia and Alzheimer’s how exercise can help with these diagnosis.
It all come together so well that exercise is the one thing we can apply over all the diseases and it WILL help.
I am planning on continuing working with The Rehab Team physiotherapist and start doing a few mornings and afternoons a week at 101 Fitness.
If you would like to come and try 2 sessions for $29 email me today 😊
We offer 1-on-1 and 2-on-1 training so come by yourself or bring a buddy/partner/family
I have made a small video with some snaps of what happened these past 18 month. I'm so exited to be in Tauranga in our own home and being able to bring 101 Fitness personal training to the town.
