1st time users:

  • Create your login
  • For a 1-on-1 Session – Choose “Introduction Session” – this will be 1 hour
  • For a 2-on-1 Session – Choose “2-on-1 Introduction Session” – this will be 1.5 hours
  • An Introduction session includes a full workout

 

Regular Clients:

  • Use your login
  • choose Personal Training or 2-on-1 Training & your desired time slot
  • These are for 30 min sessions
